We realy enjoyed our time in Rome and spent the nights in this cozy, little, family run guest house/apartment. Everything was as expected ( on a budget) and actualy a litle bit better here and there. We enjoyed the morning coffee in a small lemon tree gaden, and there was everything a tired tourist after a long day walking needs. The rooms are cleaned and taken care of when you're away. You preorder the breakfast and it is served at the time of your liking, and although portions are S to M sized, so a bulky man feels a bit hungry, but it is easily remedied by a corneto or two at the local coffee house few steps away. I would recomend Relais Villa Fiorelli as a good alternative if you're not so much into noisy touristy central Rome, and want some quiet and to see how italians actualy live. One more thing - it is very convenietn, just 7 min stroll from line C Metro, that takes you one stop to line A , wich connects to all the tourist locations. Use the metro - it is super efficient.

Its a small place but it was the perfect choice for us. The room is enough, a small bathroom, again just enough. The place is always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. We were out all day while in Rome, no time waisted, and the hotel, our room was perfect to have a rest in. There are plenty of restaurants around to eat in the evening and more affordable not being in the centre. Easy to reach the city centre by bus, the buses leave every minutes. We enjoyed our stay, Realistic Villa Fiorelli is great. Highly recommend it😊

A lovely clean room. Nice neighbourhood. Its lovely to see people sitting out in the evening while their children play and dogs run round. A proper community. Not far from bus stops or train stations. Its difficult to find as there is no signage and you also cant drive all the way down the road. Luckily our driver walked round and found it. The lady who saw us in was very helpful looking up how to get a Roma Pass and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed there and we really liked it. It's nice and simple. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, away from the city caos buy close to the subway and train station. The people very nice and friendly. The hotel is in front of a small park where people run and walk their dogs, you can sit there and enjoy in the afternoon if it is not too hot outside

the proprietor was welcoming, but the hotel was incredibly difficult to find. the bed was comfy, and there was a safe and fridge in the room, and it was easy to get into the centre. unfortunately these were the only positives. it was noisy, in a busy apartment block and the breakfast was poor. loved rome, but wouldn't stay heee again
